  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    Dog, cats, and caged animals. Maximum of two pets. Weigh limit 50lb. For one pet or combined 50lbs. We do not accept any aggressive breeds of dogs.
  2. Do you permit exotic pets?
  3. How many pets may I have?
    Maximum of two pets.
  4. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    A non-refundable $300 pet deposit and $35 per month charge, per pet.
  5. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, security deposits are refundable, less damages and application fee.
  6. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
  7. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Trash, Water and Sewer
  8. How long is the term of the lease?
    12 months
  9. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, 6 months on some specific units. See Leasing Manager for terms and conditions.
  10. If something needs to be repaired in my condo, how do I report it?
    Contact the management company.
  11. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
  12. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Late charges are assessed on the 6th day.
  13. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    You can process your payments through Paylease electronically using a check account or credit card.
  14. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, there is a secured drop box at the front door of the management office for after hour�s payments.
  15. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Guests are permitted to stay a maximum of 2 weeks per year. Longer terms are to be requested in writing and forwarded to the Landlord for permission.
  16. Do you have reserved parking?
  17. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    In open parking space.
  18. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, the management company should be notified so they can be added to the lease.
  19. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
  20. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, Cable is available in our community. It is paid for by the tenant.
  21. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    If office is open they do accept packages.
  22. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes, contact our office.
  23. Where do I register to Vote?
  24. How is your property different from the competition?
    a) Our condos are newly renovated.
    b) Our condos have granite tops in all kitchens and baths.
